I tried it sometime last year and it came out very bitter.. guess it was from the garden egg used as others prefer the white sweet garden egg
I tried the recipe today and it was lovely, I used Aubergine and chicken, LOVELY. I had to make 2 portions; shredded chicken and very reduce spice for my little one with mashed sweet potato,very yummy. Thank you for this recipe
