  2. Well done! Again, unbiased and actionable information. Egypt sound like an โ€œafter Tรผrkiyeโ€ investment location. Not a place to โ€œcut oneโ€™s teethโ€ geo arbitrage wise. Keep โ€˜em coming!

  3. I like how when you asked about incentives to move to the new city he said yes but didnโ€™t mention any.

So how about actually getting your money out once youโ€™ve invested? You canโ€™t take EGP out of the country and you canโ€™t exchange into foreign currency legally

  4. One of the worst things in Egypt is the mosques when they start calling the Azan to prayer. They usually use very loud speakers at the same time. Really crazy and annoying.

  5. The future is in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, I advise everyone to invest in Saudi Arabia because it is the strongest economy in the Middle East and the projects there are giant, pioneering and creative. Your loved ones from Greece.

  6. I see you invest with your hardcash money in Egypt converted in EGP and what happened in a few years if you want out from Egypt and bring your money back in the US or Europe? ๐Ÿ˜…

  7. Why wouldnโ€™t you be able to do Airbnb? Iโ€™ve seen lots of available apartments on Airbnb with many being rented out in the good places

  8. Man you need to vist new Alemain city in the North coast it will blow your mind plus they do have really great projects aswell you can ask Hani to tell you exactly wich projects are the best and you can choose if you want to live in a skyscraper or a premium villa on the beach or a middle class project

  9. Do you plan to do any video for Venezuela investment (Isla De Margarita)? I believe it is hidden gem but I want to know the risks for political instability

  10. Thank you so much for the great video. It's unfortunate that litter is widespread in the streets, reflecting a societal issue. If people were more committed to change and taking care of their country, Egypt could potentially become one of the best nations.

  11. The elevated tracks near the cathedral are part of the light rail. The monorail is a different system. I have an apartment in the adjoining Celia compound. Sisi has made some great decisions including the New Capital.

  12. Would it be better to go for a purchase with an installment plan over many years (the monthly payment is fixed in Egyptian pound) or buy later with cash after the devaluation of the Egyptian pound! Or maybe it evens out in the end and there will be no big difference!

  13. Who can think about investing in an unstable region facing wars and economic deterioration?? Egypt is losing almost 50% of income from the Suez Canal, and faces weak leadership as Israel plans to expel 2 million Palestinians to the Sinai desert.
