Abseiling down Table Mountain was a fantastic, scary and thrilling experience. We used Abseil Africa and it was well worth it. The views of the Atlantic Seaboard, Camps Bay, Clifton and Lions Head are breathtaking and the sheer drop of 112m was hectic.
