  1. Thanks for this excellent, important conversation, Marissa. I grieve for all Black women sandwiched between the tactics of systemic racism in society/workplace and the confusion, sometimes abusiveness of Black men. We are in one heck of a position from which only our self-determination, self-awareness, and spirituality can save us. I pray that more and more Black women ascend to the level of “possibility models” in order to serve as life-lines to mentor other Black women seeking to save themselves.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

  2. Hey Marissa. I’m watching the replay! So I finally spoke up and out against my abusive boss. I was immediately let go for making a complaint. I was self gaslighting for 8.5 years. I’m 38 restarting my career and life and couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you again for sharing your story and for this safe space. Much love! ❤
