  4. T what do you think about eating a cliff brownie bar before my workout ? I also drink Celsius before I eat that snack bar which is good in protein and 280 calories. Just wanna know if I’m going in the right direction doing that before a workout. Really look forward to your videos as well because it helps me maybe even too much LMAO but I need it all so keep it coming! 😊

Ones that are good but just get you moving when your energy emotionally and physically is low cuz of the menstrual cycle?     Idk if you take video ideas but I think a good one would be “how to bounce back after a slump in the gym” so for example, like you went on vacation for two weeks and haven’t worked out, or you were sick for a week and didn’t get to do much. I would love to hear how you go about this!!
