They offered him a plea deal and so there will be no death penalty. The judge is wrong for allowing that plea. This demon killed 3 people and he gets to keep his life. Only in sick, demonic America.

The death penalty has no place in America or any civilised nation. This is not Sudan.
Itโs highly, so obviously, unconstitutional that I firmly believe any justice or judge who says it isnโt is involving their personal biases and values, which a judge isnโt supposed to do.
It violates the constitutional right to a fair trial a due process, considering a defendant would not be receiving the same sentencing and trial in Florida that he would in California. Different things are at stake.
It violates โcruel and unusual punishment.โ Death it worse than 100 lashes, which many would say is unusual punishment.
Prison is for rehabilitation. Revenge and โEye for an eyeโ philosophy has no place in a righteous government. They serve the best interests of the people, even those serving time.
It has it roots in religion, particularly Christianity, when nonbelievers and sinners were โput to death.โ Religion cannot be in our government.
It justifies the sentenced criminal in killing his executioners, if he broke free from his restraints and managed to do so. No grand jury could indict him for additional murder charges if he only killed people out of self-defence.
Itโs insane. Insane. Insane. I question anyoneโs moral integrity by excusing a government legally murdering people when itโs not even self-defence. Bringing someone tied-up to a room to kill them is a Saw movie. Itโs weird. Itโs insane.

he didn't get the death sentence he got 3 life sentences with no possibility of parole just wait not he's no longer in protective custody not that he's been sentenced he will walk through the gates and when they snap shut behind him his worst nightmare will just begin because he will be put in the general population then the inmates will deal with him
