  1. Yes!!! 99% Europeans that have worked years and years to afford these homes!!! Owned by overseas business executives that makes it a "steal" because of the rate of exchange!!!
Lastly…..not like the ANC officials and members of parliament that became superwealthy overnight…..Mmmmm….and the truth will set you free…..so stop spreading your poor victim entitled inherent African generational mentality and mindset!!!'

  2. bantry bay swear to god bro dropped of a lady that was the neighbour of the president was i shocked to see the president body guard detail chilling on the hills blew my mind i thought she was talking crap

  3. rich white people deserve to live in decent conditions and raise their children in a safe environment where they have access to clean water and education. Respect

  4. Clifton is massively overrated. You are living right on top of other people and the beaches are overcrowded.

Llandudno is way better if you ask me. Or if you want something more quiet, St James / Kalk Bay.

  5. I loved CPT when I have visited twice . Unfortunately SA is SA and the political situation is too unstable to really invest such sums when a Mugabe type despot (Zuma) could be just be around the corner . I think for me the Marina was attractive or Hout Bay .

  6. The comments are so innocent and positive
