With regards to kissing the son on the lips, the video got it completely wrong. I've never seen an American dad kiss his son on the lips, but outside the US it's actually not that uncommon (Italy, France, Colombia, Brazil, parts of Russia, Middle Eastern countries).

This should totally be a recurring skit, but they should definitely have a southern dad as a guest because, as a southerner, I totally identify with these immigrant dads. There are so many similarities between these dads and mine and every other southern dad I've ever known. Sees son as lazy, slacker who isn't meeting his potential. CHECK. Sees daughter as favorite person and can do no wrong. CHECK. Lack of physical expression of love with son. CHECK. Used corporal punishment. CHECK. lol I could go on.
