  1. In my country (Caribbean) we cook millet in a similar manner. We add sweets to it. Sugar and vanilla (or cinnamon) are needed. Nice to see how other cultures make it. I will try this recipe out. We cook it on fire too. That way it gets to it's extra consistency and taste.
