Namibia produces fresh chilli to mitigate human-wildlife conflict

A farm run by the Namibia Nature Foundation alongside local farmers situated in the Sesheke area in the Zambezi region is producing fresh chilli because it is one of the crops that is disliked by wildlife, especially elephants.

The chilli is exported to Zimbabwe, where it is then processed and exported to the Tabasco brand…
