  3. omg !!!! so I started at 190lbs and I’m currently 20lbs down I was doing this EVERY DAY starting from dec 28th all the way up until now and when I say my stomach has SHRUNKEDDDD !!! Highly recommend. If you’re thinking about if you should do this or if it “really works” don’t think just do it . I promise you you’ll see results w doing this and keeping a steady clean diet for a month or 2 .. I’m already feeling confident wearing crop tops again at 170 it hit all the right spots
