  1. What a fantastic weekend of rugger this sat. First watch Wales, where eben has 118 caps alone against entire Welsh pack 114 caps shared. Medics??
Rest of boks eating biltong under their posts while eben scrums them.
Bulls will have their tails up 4 hrs later and wow, loftus, is a hard place to beat them.

  2. wouldn't altitude play a role on the stats (i.e why the Bulls rank low)? The interesting thing would be to see how all team stats are affected when they play at altitude?
But super good breakdown from RH

  3. Glasgow is similar to the Stormers in that their backline is their most potent weapon. The Stormers had been dominating the Bulls since the inception of the URC.Glasgow should have confidence that they could pull it off.

  4. Its amazing how someone can speak for all South Africans yet do not know at all what we think. we dont think of jake White in the way he said. we love him and we were happy that he was coming back to coach in SA. number 2 we South Africans know the Bulls. believe me we expect them to win always. if they get beaten every year we wonder what is wrong because traditionally they are a strong South African team. We also expect the Sharks to do well and win cups. we have been doing that for years now but we always wonder every season why cant they get it right because they always have the player. that goes for all South African teams. Stormers was always packed with Springboks but never winning a cup but dominating in the league phase. The difference to winning for any South African team is good coaches vs bad coaches. all the time we have great players but few times do we have good coaches. that my friend has been the only problem

  5. Going to be a massive battle this weekend at Fortress Loftus, Go Bulls!!! Great Podcast guys keep up the good work.

I don't think there should be neutral venues for the Final and I may be biased as a South African on that the logic and reason being, for Northern Hemisphere citizens you can just book a flight to dubai or South Africa and fly anywhere, where in South Africa we need to get Visa's to travel to any country in the EU or in Dubai or wherever you'd like to host it, and Visa's usually for normal South Africans take about 4-6 weeks to get approved and then that's just to get the visa's and the tickets themselves are so expensive and most South Africans don't have the money for it, I mean most SA citizens living in South Africa save up for 4 years to go to a World Cup match. So if you do the neutral venue then you take away the chance for many people to go and watch their team, and also what incentive is there then for a team to be in the top 4 if you are going to be playing at a neutral venue, the reason why this year's URC was so competitive is because you had 4-5 teams battling for that 1st and 2nd spot on the rankings constantly changing hands.
