Probiotics are expensive and don’t work
Plants kill you stay away
Wow I got PTSD for the Twin Towers then, I was 11 yo, and I'm uruguayan, not even north american. Wish their country finds unity and lead the world as an example again.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Did you change the name of your channel?
No. 1 neuroscientist isn't a thing, there is no bloody ranking, it's not bloody tennis ffs.
Also her claim that they'd be dead at their age if they lived in a cave is hilariously inaccurate.
I'm done, 3 minutes in. Scrolling through the interview it is mostly truism and misconception.
Raw (not rendered) animal fat (tallow) is the best fat. It's actually being considered a super food.
Can't remember who said it, or what study was it, but im pretty sure human kind is addicted stress. And when life goes easier, they tent to find the sttesssors and get restless if nothing stressful is happening in their life
The languages past certain ages have way more to do with the muscles in your mouth and throat than the plasticity of the brain.
♥️👏♥️👏
So I've been screwed since I'm a kid because I didn't have her hair at all always right and now skin dry skin even more dryer when I developed in a thyroid disease, but it's already in the brain are connected in ways especially because of when your thyroid is what I really love cognitive issues so they say women dementia moon with thyroid disease and all your risk forgetting to mention
So does thyroid celiac , hashimoto's
Diseases .
Love this! This is my kind of conversation. I'm at the knowing which may nkt all knowing bjt we are always manifesting, knowingly and unknowingly. That's why it's vital to be mindful of how we feel and think🙏thank you!
No it DOESNT. my dad had severe dementia bit PERFECT skin even age 80.
Every physical part of my mother is beautiful but she has emotional issues. …
The way she actually looked at his stomach, I'm dead 😂
The guest speaker is superb… unfortunately it seemed more like a counseling session for him than a podcast to help the people… I’ll go back to the diary of a CEO channel where is a bit more organized.
It's a real pleasure to listen to this woman share her knowledge.
Thank you for bringing her on your podcast.
It's so nice to hear how she brings the body mind connection together. ❤
I really enjoyed this discussion and a lot of things hit home! I plan on listening a second time and taking notes!
look at her physiognomy
I generally agree with Dr Tara. However, I believe she is incorrect in saying at 1:55 that reading a full newspaper today would be more information than someone received a hundred years ago. That's simply not true. Let's just talk about the USA… It's clear to anyone who studies history of a hundred+ years ago that, although there were times when only wealthy people received a full education, a hundred years ago in the States, even common people were quite well educated. Most people were literate, and the average student was exposed to philosophy, science, religion, history, and chronology, among other subjects. Not only were they receiving lots of information, but the quality of the information far exceeds that of your average school today. I have copies of secondary school exams from 100-150 years ago that would stump even the most intelligent people today. I find the idea that we're so knowledgeable now as opposed to people centuries ago laughable and dishonest.
Follow Bryan Johnson , turns that upside down, now of course everyone's body is different a methylation test will give much more data the good the bad and the ugly for your you metabolize your food
Interesting 😅 have a friend with great skin hard nails
Overweight
Gastric reflux
The other overweight
And one 5 medications shall I continue❤
The magnitude of maturation from age 18 to 21 might be about the same as from age 3 to 6, but we experience it at far less because it’s just a small part of our collective memories. This includes our functional memory – the repository of those things we do without thinking much about them like driving – and our ability to decide to learn new things.
Brilliant interview 👏 👌 Thank you both so much 🙏
Wonder where you were when they destroyed 😷 our adaptability ….
This woman is so out of touch she doesn't appear to recognise her advice is only practical for wealthy people, and the vast majority of people are not sufficiently wealthy to follow this advice.
This stress cortisol conversation is a VERY NECESSARY CONVERSATION because sonmany of us are going thru it daily for years on end.
BEST EXPLAINATION of CORTISOL I've heard yet… now I know why I will wake uo with a feeling of my blood boiling and running around my body while my arms and kegs feel like jelly and so weak and me mentally exhausted 1st thing in morning or after cery stressful ecent in day. His stress life and cortisol running the show… and yes my tummy has expanded bug time.
I wake up often at night and came to realise that the things that bother me require forgiveness.
I also don't watch or listen to news but as you grow older, you lose interest in a whole lot of things.
Interviewer is ADDICTED to his PHONE 100%. I am too. Even my DOG 🐕 is sick of me on my phone 😂 and my dog goes around banging doors 🚪 to try get me off my phone. Intelligent dog 👍
No, Tara. Have you seen the polyglots on YouTube?
