The 13th amendment was ratified to the US Constitution in December of 1865. President Lincoln died in April of 1865. Andrew Johnson was the president when the 13th was ratified. Get your crap straight.
None, slavery still exists.
But in the Constitution a black person is 3/5 of a human today and you are so called Constitution😅
Yes it abolish slavery but it also made legal slavery prisons that are destin to fill them with Black men and women.
The 13th amendment has the word "except" in it. It doesn't abolish all slavery. Also Lincoln had been in the ground for 8 months when 2nd amendment was ratified.
