  1. Can u pls show how yo make bean soup or stew but its dry once its finish cooking i forget what its called tho bur its so so. Good . black eye beans is used . also whats the name of the dish with yam turnkey neck and banana and chicken and cassava . i think u boil it all then add red oil. To it its sooo good.

  2. Thanks for your done, but just a short comment. A Pemahun is a short cut for "Potato leaves plasas". According to Sierra Leone as the name implies, one can cook Pemahun either lack of ample ingredients or limited time to cook "Potato leaves plasas"
    No need to add meat and no need to cook the "Pemahun" separately as far as it names implied. But if you cooked it like the way you have done it, automatically it's no longer "Pemahun" otherwise, it's a normal "Potato leaves plasas"
    "Pemahun" always cook alongside with the rice together, it's just like "dry rice"

  3. To cook pemahun you need to but the leaf and ogiri in the rice later take it off add some palm oil with salt and jumbo but never white maggi .mixed it well and just put it on topof the rice that already have the flavour of the ogiri
