  1. مكرونه امبكبكه وجاريه وفيه جافه الاكل الجميلة من بلدي العزيز❤ ليبيا مطابخنا متنوعه من الاكلات الجميلة ❤

  2. hi u did good but u did it wrong abit, instead of using chicken we usually use meat and we never use jalapeños we use felfel which is just hot peppers so maybe try that next time, and some of us add the garlic and felfel in with the onion then add more again later , and more traditionally we use actual tomatoes , blended or chopped small , u could also add chickpeas as some of us do 😊, there are many recipes here on youtube

  3. 7 spice is middleastern spice nothing to do with maghreb we call it Ras el hanout spice mix which means the mix of the shop 7 spices has no place in maghreban cuisine we have a completely different cuisine

  4. Makrona mabakbaka is one of the best Libyan dishes you could ever find in our Libyan cuisine but I would love to just give u a simple note next time u do it do it with traditional sheep meat if not u can use any type of meat it would taste better❤️❤️

  5. Great job but Before you put the pasta remove the chicken and put it in oven to get it crispy most Libyans doing it and you should add vegetables to the pasta it will be amazing thank you

  6. I'm happy to see my blog pic To our tradition libyan couscous on ur video 😊
You also able to use any meat 🥩 🍗 or even seafood on it..U Prepare it in new different ways then I do 😁 At first we put a few chopped onions and garlic, fry a little until spiced, then put the meat … and the spices and the canned tomato paste … and mix it well on the fire and leave it on the fire for a little … Add a little water to spruce up the tomatoes … then leave it until The liquid decreases and we add all the water to the surface, you can add .. some vegetables are cut into small pieces of carrots or potatoes and 🌶 pepper, and leave it until the water boils and add the pasta after it breaks it into smaller pieces than the one you broke, and leave it before it ripens and add the basil leaves and We extinguish the fire..
