    Eat a lot of them can cause chest discomfort stomach cramps gas weight gain and bloating
    I eat them in small portions when it comes to weight loss
    Any foods should be in small portions

  8. Stupid Time! Everyone knows fruits vegetables legumes beans greens nuts seeds grains berries and tubers are bad for you. Humans are carnivores and we should eat only meat. I know this because some random dude on YouTube told me so.
