  4. Bravo! During Covid I lost 45 lbs in 3 months. Haven’t looked back since. I went from 185lbs to 140lbs. It made me feel so good because I knew most ppl were struggling with their weight during that time so I decided to do the opposite and it was a wonderful decision. That was in summer of 2021 and now (summer 22) I’m focusing more on weight training. I’m currently 155lbs, but all the weight I gained back was in muscles 💪🏽- if I can do it, ANYONE can!

  5. Hopefully this will inspire and encourage all the women jumping in the body positivity and fat acceptance movement .Being overweight is not healthy or sexy , regardless what Tik-tok or Twitter tells you .

  6. That’s awesome. I’m glad you guys didn’t use covid as an excuse to continue making those unhealthy choices. That seems to be what a lot of people are going with these days… I also got into the best shape of my life during the worst parts of the pandemic. For the people that actually want to do it for themselves, they’ll find a way.
