*Ingredients for 8 pita breads:*
For the sponge mix:
1 pkg dry active yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 cup warm water (about 90-100 degrees F.)
1 cup (4.5 oz by weight) all-purpose flour

  2. Can I do all the steps except the rolling pin and cooking steps the night before and just roll and cook the morning of Greek Easter as I will be making 24-32 pitas for Souvlaki?
    Should I refrigerate the dough balls?

  3. 0:48 i am always in a hurry when i am making stuff from tutorials,and i didnt know i had to let the yeast to activate :))) or to add oil :))) but i still think it will be good
