  1. Hello again, I think I saw a allen type socket hole in the bolt handle. You may have already noticed it but I thought I might mention it just incase that knob does come off 🙂 ?? That would be nice and also to shoot 223/556 in that set up with the can. I usually have only one use for those rounds but a nice 223 hunting round would be great in that platform with the spacer taken out also..wow 🙂 Good shooting to ya and all the best. Thanks for what you do. Really appreciate it ! 🙂

  2. Hey there 🙂 I love those biral Sparrels (I do that all the time) also they look really cool as in cooling. It is just difficult to not appreciate those 2nd gen Americans. Just love Bassets we had Toby.. Be well. Wishing you the best always 🙂

  3. Yo @Who_Tee_Who, Can you do a side by side comparison between the Ruger Ranch Gen 2 and CVA Cascade SB, ideally in 6.5C? Maybe you can get an early Gen 2 in 6.5 from Ruger?
16" barrel (it's only 50 fps vs 18") is very compelling, but how are trigger, stock, balance, fit/finish side by side?

  4. Okay brotherman you made me go and get one put on layaway! Lol thanks for the review I think the main decision maker was the three position saftey and the fluted barrel. Thanks man.

  5. How does this compare to the CVA Cascade? Was getting ready to buy a Cascade until I heard the Gen 2 was coming out. Does the Ruger American Gen 2 overtake the CVA Cascade as the best option for a "budget" rifle (I know these are on the higher end of the budget spectrum)?

  6. I like the brown stock more than the grey, but I like the longer barrel. Not crazy over the spiral flute, I like straight flute but I guess ruger is trying to be artistic. I’m waiting for the 400 legend to come out ( hopefully the barrel is plain like the 450 bushmasters barrel) finger crossed they make an adaptor to make the mags flush. Nice video thanks for your time and energy that you continue to put out
