  2. THERE IS NO PALM OIL IN OKRO SOUP!! ABBAH!
    Who taught us this as Ghanaians?? It's very wrong.
    OKRO SOUP is prepared by grinding the okro completely after its boiled. Also, aside pepper, onion, garden eggs, dried fish, crab, snail, meat, ect…. there is also a little Kontonmire and borkorborkor. This gives it a very healthy greenish look.
    Okro soup does not have palm oil. Only water is used.

    What she prepared there is light 'OKRO STEW'.
    Okro Soup is originally a Ga dish and this is not how it's prepared.
