  1. I got divorced once. I talk to people at my twerk/work. I don't NEED social interaction but I feel like I NEED to have my resting heart rate slower. I'm 48 and that's weird maybe that I NEED that in my mind since I woke up once a couple months ago and grabbed the thing that is cheap that goes on the fingertip to show a person their heartbeats per minute and I'm 48 and it said 54 and that's not an unhealthy speed. Not even vaguely. STILL SOME people's hearts beat in the 40's when they sleep so I RUN currently like a bat out of hell for like 4 minutes then rest 4 minutes then run again like that again for 4 minutes like 4 times a week. My VO2 Max last time I had it checked like a year ago was 37. That's 37 milliliters of oxygen per kilogram of body mass per minute. At my age that's a tad or somewhat above average but clearly I need it to be higher in order to have a resting heart rate in the 40's and because otherwise it wouldn't have said 54. RIGHT?! I mean I stuck the thing on my fingertip right away when I woke up without time to think about anything so stress wasn't activated at all yet FOR FOOKS SAKE!! 😛

  3. Desperacy is always a bad look..
    It just sucks that now that I've given up on trying its not getting better at all. Ive been insolated from friends for years now, no steady relationship, nobody reaches out to me.. ever and when I'm at a social gathering I mainly get ignored.
    I'm just so sick of being lonely but im also sick of being ostracized.. I'm not even bad looking (According to others, ofcourse I have loads of insecurities). Neither am I anti social, I love hanging out with people and I always try to be welcoming and friendly. Idk I feel like I'm just cursed to be alone in life. Not even my family reaches out to me.

  4. As if I could decide when to have social interaction with someone without inading their personal space. If only I could force people to have relationsips with me. lol

  5. Being on your own is very important!!! You can still really feel deprived of emotion before thebrealionshipâ€Ļ. So when you get back into relationships and that can be very difficult but self-control and logic so you don’t end up in a bad relationship is the best things to do. It’s better than wasting your life. Remember, we don’t have infinite amount of time.!

  6. I’m sooo socially overwhelmed!!! Red flag green flag just ego oh my!!! 😂đŸ¤Ļ‍♀ī¸. People are so NOt transparent fake and never show their bad stuff and just as IF! 😂😂. They are sooo superficial!! Many and I want old fashioned real!!!! How hard is it for men and women to be REAL!!!!??? Add HEALTY to that equation!

  8. I need social interaction, when I finally get it I don’t get overwhelmed they do because I just never stop talking or asking questions.

    I am disabled and have an extremely hard time getting out of the house. So I’m held back from the social interactions for a different reason. So different outcome.

    I have learned not to make a long list in my head about what I need to communicate or I will be manic trying to get through my list. I enjoy the interaction more if I just go with the flow.

  9. Generally desperacy is sabotaging your relationships and every single thing you do. I have a friend who has already been in 3 or 4 relationships, yet all of them ended up with broken heart. At beginning desperacy leads him to strive for affection. As desperacy seems to drop, he seemingly cares less. He "changes" into different person. And that definitelly doesn't help

  10. Not a great title for this short. But what I take his point to be is to treat socializing as icing on the cake. If your goal of social interaction is social interaction, the situation becomes contrived and meaningless.

  11. Love yassss. So smart man. I wish more people could hear your calls. And you also make me realize I'm not as craxy as I think I am and am in fact quite healthy. Just battling people-pleasing a little bit here and there. Or something with that likeness
