3 weeks already have passed and nothing has been done in regards to the passport issue. Why would someone cancel the previous application and get biometrics again. The design of this process and system is so frustrating because for a simple process of changing the pagination of the passport guarantees one to cancel the existing application and go through the same frustration of queuing to get fingerprints.
Now 5 months am still waiting for my passport so I can apply Visa in Bahrain..I wish I will get it this month..I will thank GOD..
This is so sad,am Kenyan living in Dubai for 5years ,no opportunity back home has a single mum i heard to come here for greener pastures,have helped 3 of my brothers to come here the 4th one applied for his pp since last year May until date no hopes,where is the kenya of justice today,the comon mwananchi is surfering so sad indeed!!…I dont know who will fight for our children tomorrow… President Ruto has to take this matter seriously…we need help,youth need help(my cry is for all my brothers n sister out there who wish they could just get a job to earn a living)So sad
Kindiki is extremely weak. Unless he fires people who sabotage government services through corruption, his threats are just useless.

Mr kindiki should stop this trandition of empty words and act Nyayo house has become a torturing area for mwaninchi wa kawaida.
The government needs to build and develop Konza technology city instead of exporting skilled workers abroad to develop other countries that don't even pay full wages and benefits.

Kindiki please separate the booklets for passports from nyayo house like in europe .hii shida itaisha cos there will be two entities paid for two diferent services .if not mashini zitakuwa zinaharbika every day .that id was used allways happenig in the first world where i belive kenya wants to go.
Kindiki is a fool who doesn't know his job …the thing is sack those immigration officers n make sure your timeline is on time then people shall praise you mr Kindiki but kila wakati ukiwa empty words then you should be fired too
Too many notices though….last time he was at nyayo still no chance if you have money yours can be processed earlier say in 24hrs
