The effort is to be welcomed but the authentic Senegalese thiébou yapp does not have large vegetables put on top like that (as it is done with the thiéboudieun) on the contrary we thin the different vegetables that we mix with onion and we fry a little and then sprinkle on top of the thiêp ready to be tasted. Keep going✌🏽
