You should get a meat thermometer- takes away the anxiety of wondering whether it’s properly cooked!
If you have gut issues I highly suggest moving away from the Orgain protein powder as it is not super clean and causes bloating. My fiancé and I used to take Orgain too for years and after switching to Sun Warrior's sport protein we immediately no longer had the bloating.

Bananas were the cause of my gut imbalance and constipation . I was eating them almost every day. I removed them from diet and felt so much better. Also broccoli every night could be causing you gas and bloating as both broccoli and Cauliflower are known to produce gas in the stomach. Look out for these and see if your gut improves

Great what I eat in a day 💪🏾🩵! Highly recommend switching your protein shakes to a plant base powder and drinking it w/ almond milk or protein liquid shake(MRE liquid 40grams per shake) is plant base pea protein from the vitamin shop is great/any pea protein plant base is good and also those bars for your late night snack has whey protein isolate in it. I have the same issues w/ foods so I highly recommend a plant base protein bar. They have keto Krisp ones so good.

Just some tips that may help 1) Some low carb or "no sugar added" products e.g. protein bars can have artificial sugars, some of which can cause stomach cramping and bloating 2) You can season your quinoa like if you're making a savoury rice e.g. with cook it in meat or vegetable broth, curry powder, etc. All sorts of options.
