  3. look this did work for me i had 6 days too lose 8 pounds honey i lost 3lbs my first day drinking this and one healthy fruit for lunch one high protein dinner before 7:30 also i walked 2-3 miles a day with intervals(walk,run,jog a 100meter) i will be drinking this everyday now oh i dranked about 24ounces a day with 4-5 bottled waters but this time im going too do one smoothie for breakfast a healthy fruit for lunch 3 bottled waters and a high protein dinner thank you same exercise too

  4. Thanks for this video. I have tried for 8 days and lost 5lbs. I added pineapple, and use a juicer to juice everything. Sleep is a lot better, I used to sleep 4 hours everyday, now I can sleep atleast 7 hours. I do atleast 7 to 10 thousand steps a day, take spoiledchild apple cider gummies and nutrabody fat burner. When I added this drink I finally saw weight loss, so I will continue to drink this everyday. ❤ thank you so much.

  5. I drank twice a day for 5 days and lost 13bs incorporated with intermittent fasting . Lots of water. No exercise. Will continue to do this for the next 3 weeks

  6. I eat one time a day and I eat whatever I want when I eat that one meal. Throughout the rest of the day I fringe water, and I drink black hot tea with with lemon juice , apple cider vinegar and cinnamon and it helps me loose up to 7 pounds per week and this is without exercise! I’ve done this several times when I see myself plumping back up after I stop caring and eat like a pig lol ! I fast for over 16 hours and that’s a big deal as well and if definitely works as well. I’m going to try this drink in video to add to my routine to get optimum results! 😊

  7. Day 1- this took over an hour to make and i had to use a really big bowl to put it in😭 i made this at night so ive only drank it once today but i threw a little bit of it up immediately after 🥲 i don’t think this will be easy at all 😭 but wish me luck!
