  1. Bro please, my exgirlfriend was deputy minister and she told me Weah didn't pay for 7 months. I grew up in sinkor before coming to the state at 18. The new Liberia should be places like grand kru county and Maryland and Cape mount. We should get out of the city. How many people has job

  2. There is nothing like 3rd world broda…
Wat we need is improved and sustained services for better quality of life for d general populace…
…and because of capitalism, we will for sure continue to have such disparities in our daily living/lives…

Good job on d video and commentary… (Please avoid negative connotations and shed a positive spin always).

    Thanks again…

  3. Greetings from the United States.
I’ve been doing some research on Liberia recently and find your history quite fascinating, especially since most people in USA are never told about it.

When I see footage like this it’s just sad and makes me think of what could’ve been if Samuel Doe wouldn’t have destroyed your country. High walls, barbed wire, dirty everywhere. This neighborhood looks so bad.

It’s a tragedy what they did to William Tolbert. Liberia would be a much better place if he was still alive.

  4. I have someone on Facebook I met years ago that I send money to twice a year. Not a lot but I been wondering about him because he posted years ago some dead children and people dying (looking like they were getting killed). IDK hopefully he's not a bad person.

  5. It's called "Developing Country" NOT "Third World"
That Phrase is out of date, from the 20th Century. It was used to Marginalized People and Places that the West exploited.
In this Century We Will Evolve Our Thinking and Process by, … referring to those other Countries as "Developing Country" or "Under Developed" country.
    NOT "THIRD WOULD"
What world is the third world, and where' is the third world??? (from the sun?!)
It is a very negative way to describe countries that are underdeveloped.
    Take care Bro

  6. Thanks for the video. I am currently in LIB. My last visit was 1987, long time. Liberia has experienced a massive change, although very chaotic in many areas, there are certainly many beautiful things about my country and people. The beauty of the place and people is second to none. Due to my age, although my health is good, unfortunately I do not plan on settling in Liberia but, LIB will see me every year for four months until I'm too old to travel. Thanks for the video.

  7. Vision estate offering homes…but how can a non Liberian citizen purchase? I think the letter of the law is that only black CITIZENS can own land. Is that inaccurate? Please correct me if so

Or is it a lease for non citizens? I do not care much for common practice(e.g. if it is common that non citizens are sold land) I am asking about the actual law

  8. Thank you for this video I felt like that too very very drain when I visited just this August 2022 like you mentioned I do have faith and I see great potential for the country my sister said to me next time my visit will be much better since I have been in Liberia for sooo long Liberia is indeed a beautiful country , thanks again.

  9. What about the disenfranchised, poor and needy who don't have a voice? Inadequate educational opportunities and the lack of basic needs to say the least. I only see the "haves and the have nots." Inequality of the distribution of wealth and services. The grabbers "grab and go" within their affluent settings and the poor die because they cannot afford and do not have their basic needs nor human rights. The inhumane treatment of the citizens is not inviting nor encouraging. The poor, elderly are forgotten because the rich are living in :Sinkor". Clearly no middle class. They live in mansions and the poor live in huts… next to these mansions. Sorry situation! I'm not impressed. A nation with non-accredited universities on every corner is a failure. The "blind leading the blind" unfortunately!
