My suggestion is to have the Fuels Retailing representative next time which can explain the fleet card process better and will address the concern of a grey market issue. I have been in the Fuel Retailing industry for the past 26 years and the explanation could have been better. Good effort though.
Use the subsidies money to pay the corrupted
Targeted Fuel subsidy is a gimmick
In other words.. Its a price increase for diesel.
Simple conclusion
Sarawak should seriously look into consuming hydrogen and electricity to fuel vehicles which are environment friendly and probably cheaper than fossil fuel.
BS…catch hold of all the thieves first !
Recently the MACC revealed that some RM277 billion has been lost to corruption. Kacang putih. Nobody even bats an eyelid, certainly not the Pardons Board. But when Madani reveals that the gov't stands to save RM4 billion annually through petrol subsidy rationalization, the ministers immediately start drooling?
Remember the election battle cry, "HARI NI PH BENTUK KERAJAAN, ESOK PETROL TURUN"…? Good luck trying to pretend Anwar never said it.
What about closing down GLC which need bail out, plus social projects whixh need $$$$ none stop which has no national growth for the country.
Ending fuel subsidy will move our nation forward, there are alternatives on the table such as Electric Cars. Renewables energy are where government subsidies should focus on. Cheap and abundant amount of clean and renewable energy is where economics are driven from now on.
Well,B40 is willing to help those are not subsidized.
Only in Malaysia there is fuel subsidy.
Hari ini menang 24 jam minyak turun harga…
Dah jadi PM semua naik harga…
What the govt should really introduce GST with higher rates on luxury items.
Malaysia should peg to dinar to strengthen its economy. Smoke n mirrors, white noise (pun intended) is part of an elaborate show
I hope that the targeting of this oil subsidy will also be used near the East Coast of Sabah, because from what we see the East coast of sabah is the largest foreign migrant settlement, especially from the filipina and Indonesia, many people from the philippines and indonesia from the south and Kalimantan buy oil malaysia and use the oil for the purpose of boat cruises for fishermen, not only oil but also food items such as rice and others
