Later he went ahead to marry another woman traditionally and then wedded her in court. Where do I stand? Since he never wedded me in court, does it mean that his action is ok? And now I am neither married nor free. Please what do I do?

Please kindly explain this: when couple registered their intent to marry in court, wait for 21 days to be cleared, then had their wedding in the church, signed a marriage certificate from the Court. Is that a Court marriage or Church marriage?
