I am trying to drop some body fat by moving more and eating less. However, It’s not easy to maintain a calorie deficit with West African food but with portion control and intermittent fast, you can eat all your favourite foods. let me know if you want to see more of this or if you have questions ❤️

  1. I think you are starving and not enjoying.
    You can sauce your meat in a form of stew. Eat with either rice or beans with any vegetables of your choice. But I’ll recommend your normal UGU LEAF, for it have more micronutrients than all this foreign vegetables.
    You don’t have to fry the leaf. Just boil it on its own. Eat your white rice with lots of beef liver and the ugu leaf. You will build muscles and maintain your weight. You can also add avocado for healthy fat. With this, you don’t have to count calories because it’s all natural. Your metabolism will burn em quickly and you will be full for majority of the day.
    Stop eating Indomie. Not good for you. Too processed. My opinion though lol
    I have more food tips that will help you.
    But the basic; Just eat protein, moderate complex carbs, pls don’t count it. lol. Then your veggies and healthy fat. With all of this, you have a nice physique. Fuck calories. You only think of calories when you are eating processed shit.
    Eat clean and healthy.
