Hey, ya’ll! Today’s video is MORNING YOGA FOR BEGINNERS. During this video, we will be doing basic, beginner-friendly poses & we’ll end with a couple affirmations. You incorporate really good moves and stretches that are different, in my opinion, than most “beginner” yoga sessions. Your sequences happen to target exactly what I’m needing at the moment.   3. Thank you so much Nico ✨ī¸đŸ’—đŸ™đŸģ! I've followed your videos before, but I haven't done so in quite a while. I've been going to the gym lately, and even though I do some stretches at the gym, I found myself feeling so stiff today. I was going to push myself to go to the gym this morning, but my body was so tired. I'm glad I listened to my body and decided to do yoga for today! This was exactly what i needed, I didn't realize how much I was holding in my body until I did this yoga session. Thank you so much again! I'm realizing that I can definitely switch up my workouts, I don't need to only hit the gym and lift weights!
    Also, when I started this video, I kid you not, the clouds parted and the sun shone down on me haha!

  5. i really enjoyed this practice! the only thing i felt was missing was smoother transitions in between each pose, other than that i’ll be returning to this video! <3

I was able to excel in this practice but the only part that was difficult for me was the variation pigeon pose 😅 The affirmations were wonderful as always especially the one that said I am in control of my life, I think at times we forget that so that was a nice reminder✨over all the video was pretty relaxing and I feel calm and centered!
