  5. Overweight and discouraged at the beginning ?. Just walk, 30 min, but just walk, move your arms, your body during these 30 min. Use this laps of time to only move your body.

  8. From a father to another, im going through the same thing as we speak. I let myself go, i too have high blood pressure and diabetes, im just hoping with dedication and commitment to my self and to my children, i can conquer myself as you did, there are tough days, where i cant find it in me to move, constant anxieties about everything. I just hope that prayer and movement will help me. Thank you for the inspiration. I want to see my kids grow and be able to hang around with my grandkids in the future.
