  1. As of now the pros & cons alternate one after the other & the only reality is volatility. Where this leads to good or bad in the aggregate at at what times into the future specifically & with what intensity is a question that can only be answered in hindsight.

  2. 23:15 "explain to me how it's going to create profit for businesses" AI isn't being developed to make life better, it's being created to take more money from people and expand the gap between the 1% and the rest of us!

  3. I do wonder if the whole sam altman issue last year relates to pushing for a "HER" like AI and the ethical debate over it, and wanting to use Scarlett Johansen's voice (or another voice actress) and the social risks it carries

  4. That woman has a business model, her book is reliant on AI and her negative views. She's used 1 single case of a suicide from someone who clearly was schizophrenic. People die every second, from all kinds of things, using AI is bad for a cherry picked extreme case is very dumb. Saying a voice is sexy = wrong is also dumb, are we going to get AI voice shaming now? Can men not be allowed to have certain voices by these kind of rigid minded behind the times women? What about people who care literally unable to have a physical relationship, go outdoors or whatever…they should be not allowed because of sceptical and all or nothing minds like that woman, making it all about men becoming unable to socialise or be in a relationship because they're use to crafting perfection for themselves. It's idiotic and she has a very negative opinion of mens intelligence, adaptability and ability to evolve and have multiple perspectives and reasoning. The whole this is pure idiocy.

  5. Human nature is the most complex and charming, and no AI will replace it. No matter how the times develop, nothing is more important than social interaction with others.

  6. Dating and relationships are waste in my opinion, being single is great. Seems to me relationships seldom work for long anyway, or does anyone get along in general, least in the US. Bring on the AI relationships and see if they will start divorce proceedings also. 😊

  7. "Interprify",… why? Literally GPT-4o, from your previous discussion, does real time translation, already… and infinitely more!
    … Also,….. that hair???

  8. It scrapes content from the internet, makes a stew of it, and serves it up to us assuming we have a less than average intelligence that will let it get away with this.

  9. Geoffrey Hinton, a world-renowned artificial intelligence (AI) expert often referred to as the “Godfather of AI,” recently consulted with members of the United Kingdom’s government at Downing Street, where he advised lawmakers to consider adopting a universal basic income (UBI) to address the impending threat of job losses..

  10. Yes, yes AI is responsible for how people can be stupid. I am sorry, but it is US who dont understand that AI is a machine, not our partners, or lovers.

  11. The blind guy may had to ask help from a passer bye, made a real friend, started a relationship. Will that happen with them using Chay GPT? Probably not, and is that better?

  12. I listen to what others say, but i use my own head and take my own desisions. As per GPT-4o or any other language model, I ignore all critics and use it to my benefit and advantage. I communicate with: ChatGPT 3.5, GPT-4o, Meta AI, Bing Co-pilot and Perplexity.
