Hi, I grew up eating pap and stew in South Africa. Do you have a stew recipe that would be served with pap?
The more you cook the thicker it gets?
What cooking pot do I need?
Thank you, wonderful video. I was looking for this way to make Mielie Meal. Greetings from Thessaloniki, Greece.
Oh this is pap tutorial?
Looks Great!!
I Add Butter and Sugar, Taste amazing.
I think what many people are wondering, which you did not mention in your video, but which I double checked by going back to read the writing on what the video is about, is basically how you eat it. I am seeing questions about whether to add honey or milk and eat etc. I am sure maize porridge will be fine if mixed with milk and honey/sugar after cooking or towards the end of stirring, as an innovative variation for breakfast, since it is basically a starch. But the main point is that you ought to mention clearly in your response to the comments if not in the video, that this is a dinner or lunch item, usually eaten with stewed meat and vegetables, or other variations of stews/sauces found in many parts of the African Continent.
Is it just unbleached cornmeal?
😊😍👌
