Please brother, African's Our food is not Similar,ln all African, Ghanians food is the best and it test good, Ghana we have Stew,Soup, grafie and So on, but first this Nigerians cook Rice, like Rise water they even Strain the Rice and They Call Stew Soup, they don't even know what is called Rice boll's but they are now trying to Cook Some of our Ghanian food's but they Can never Cook like we ghanisns never And because of the Utup many people are Cooping Ghanian food, because our food is Rich and later this Nigerians will be saying , Some of our food is for them, which is true and even first, Nigerians thus not know how to Stim meat or fish, So please brother, Stop Saying Our food is Semila , is not bye

  5. In Senegal they use their local broken rice, this method of steaming allows the rice to parboil and soften up a bit without becoming too soft and mashy. Then the super hot water just finishes it up nicely because when it's just steamed it's still grainy inside and not cooked through

  6. Gambia’s version of super kanja is completely different. Few similarities yes but still different with ingredients and the cooking method. You should visit. Gambia is a neighboring country with Senegal.
