Yoga for Nurses & Doctors | 15 Minutes
Hey, ya’ll! Today’s video is YOGA FOR NURSES & DOCTORS. I thought of my nurse & doctor friends when making this video. I know they work long hours & in my mind, their work can be just as emotionally taxing as physically taxing. This practice is meant to help release tension in the body & stretch areas like the neck, shoulders, hips, & feel. …

Quick midday break,Thank you. Please make a practice for lawyers who are mentally taxed and don't get enough exercise.
I’m a doctor, thank you for this 💕
Doc, here. Thankful for this practice. I am calm…and capable. NAMASTE.
Just watching gives a feeling of calmness ❤
I’m a behavior technician & this was literally so relaxing for my body and mind. My hips, neck, and shoulders are areas that I really need to stretch more often
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I’m a massage therapist and really appreciated this. I also notice day to day that most people who come to me hold what I call a lot of ‘weight of the world stress’ mainly neck and shoulder tension, going from the base of the neck, the shoulders, upper back and sometimes down to the lower back, those hips be locking up and lying lol, it's all the hunching over our devices doing us in !
So a shake that weight off routine would be nice.
Thank you for all you do❤ I’m loving all these blues and greens you’re wearing lately. 💚🩵💙
Happy nurses week!!!
Oh wow thanks for this one. Nurse shifts are tough.
This was great! I too, am a nurse & this feels so good. Are there modifications that can be done? I had total knee replacement surgery and although it bends just fine it is hard to get down on it and hold a kneeling pose.
I've spent some time in the medical field years ago
I just did basic stretching but not like this 🖤

Much of my work / life involves caring for others. This was perfection. merci
Thank you for thinking of us Nico ❤️✨🥰
I included myself as a caregiver in relation. I feel like i have the most tension in my shoulders and and neck and I realise that through the practice when asked to lean my head left or right. Rotating usually is ok after focusing on it a bit but definitely rough on the sides for me. ✌🏾✊🏾💐 thx ❤
I'm a pharmacist but I'm gonna scooch on in and join this one 😂
I am a veterinary nurse and I loved this so much, very much appreciated. The hip stretches were needed and the affirmations were spot on 🙂
A back focused practice would be class. Thank you muc, love your videos. X
so good. 😍
Gratitude for making a video for us in the medical field. I am a Pediatric Nurse. I have fallen off my yoga routine but have started again today! My tension areas are my core area, lower back, hips & thighs. Thank you for honoring us as it is Nurse appreciation week 🩷🩷
I'm not a physician but I'm here doing this representing for my mom lol 🙂
OHHHH that is perfect I am a nurse and this saved my day !!!
not a nurse and not a doctor yet, but spending lots of time learning in the hospital today. the feet and calf stretches especially really hit exactly where it was needed today! greatly appreachiate the practice and will definetly save it to revisit in the future. 🖤
Thank you!! I’m a nurse and the job is stressful. I truly appreciate you for this 🥹
🎉
Perfect timing for nurses week! Thank you from this nurse, and shoutout to my other nurses and doctors putting in work. ❤
This was great. If you could do a practice with stretches for the hands, shoulders that would be awesome.
I’m not a nurse or doctor but that’s ok! I’m here in support 😊 Thank you to all of the medical professionals who make a difference in this world 🩵
