You don't need to ask and beg the world, just look for what you have & use it the world will come to you by itself
Think differently: You have the resources & there is enough money in Nigeria & among the black diaspora around the world, So…
1 – Give priority to locals, then the black diaspora, & rest of the world
2 – Sit with local businessmen and encourage and push them, see what they need, & what stops them.
3 – Train and mentor young people in these areas
4 – Organize a big business conference for the black diaspora around the world
5 – Grant special privileges, Tax exemptions & Legal guarantees to the black diaspora
6 – Check what blocking the black diaspora around the world from Africa & try to solve it.
