mi really waa try some a dem African food ya, haffi go try di African restaurant in mobay lol
That color was not from curry or tumeric. I wonder what that flavor of palm soup is before veggies and meat & after everything is together. Those were snails?
This is a typical Ghanaian 🇬🇭 food. It's exclusive to Ghana 🇬🇭 .
It’s VERY delicious !! But Füfü is very heavy. It is not a small, hot-weather, snack. If you’ve been doing hard work all day long, this is where you refuel and take your time eating. It’s the Fufu. I’ve never seen this dish served without it (the dough that is dumpling-like). The flavour is wonderful. There are some spice combinations I’ve only experienced in Ghana: I’m experiencing “saudades.”
is called pea eggplant
I base in the U.S and been following your videos through out Africa and I must command you for the hard work on mother land Africa.

I want to taste this food…love it
My absolute favourite. 🥰🥰
Before plastic became so ubiquitous,I remember my grandmother used a piece of cotton cloth ,usually the cotton sack that flour is sold in. It was specifically used for that purpose. It was used to cover the large pot full of the plantain, cassava, yam, coco yam etc so that heat is retained and less water is used during cooking. I remember that ga kenkey was also sold in a pan that was thickly lined with the same kind of cloth and covered with same and it stayed hot for hours. So called advancement and modernization is killing us slowly. The other issue is that food grade plastic is expensive eg. clingfilm and what our people are using is cheap and dangerous packaging plastic that leaches toxins into the food when heated.😢😢
The way you laugh dieeerrrr it serious 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I don’t know why but it makes me laugh😂😂😂😂😂😂. You are doing great keep it up ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Excellent cooking except the hard meat is first to go into the soup and the fish is last as it’s already smoked orange doesn’t require much soften up. It will mash if care is not taken & introduced into it first.
Look so delicious
God bless our parents for bringing us up with this beautiful delicious food 😋 that one is called periwinkle and its very tasty in the palmnut 🌴 soup 🍲 😋 kai 😋 good bless our mother's!!!!!
❤❤❤❤❤✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
❤️❤️😋😋😋😋😋
Which place this
The whole step of pounding the yam and cassava to make fufu is useless and dumb because there is no need for it. All you need is to cut up and boil like we do in the Caribbean then serve with the curry or stew meats. Simple as that, same great taste and everyone is satisfied unlike with fufu where half the new tasters are turned off by the pounded texture.
🇸🇳Merci
Asanka poyoyo 🤣🤣🤣🤣Herh assey are you from Tadi or tarkwa 🤣🤣
