  1. I Watched this interview once, listened to the audio book, and then watched this interview again. She’s a very thoughtful woman, she talks with grace and is learning to accept who she is. I learned about myself from reading her book.

  2. I’m so sick of this black dad’s bashing ish. If some of these kids knew how much bullshit there mothers did or tried to do to keep toxicity between the child and the father things would look a lot different. You know what, ima shoot a documentary about this, cuz this narrative is crazy!!! You could have a hood rat like Neyo baby mother act a whole fool and some how it’s turned around as if the man (the black man) is the problem. No!!!! Sometimes it be these hoes, and I’m only saying hoes cuz real women not going to isolate a child from their father. Tired of this ish. YO SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE DADS, FATHERS, MEN!!!! That are trying their hardest. Keep going homie, even if it not appreciated, keep going! Much love.

  3. I’m an extreme extrovert by nature. [If u believe in astrology I’m a Gemini~that says a lot w/n itself.]

However, I’ve been conditioned as a child to be introverted~socially selective. I’m literally the life of any party by myself. I just might not want to be around ppl. I mostly prefer to be home bc I’m conditioned that way. Family functions are the only functions that could get me out the house, but that too is a some time thing for me.

  4. Great interview! I love that the fellas shared their experiences while listening as well. Shenequa shows wonderful conversation skills, humor, whit and great vibes. Gotta love an authentic soul when you see one ❀

  5. Very telling and interesting interview. Becoming conscious or more inlighten in the middle of trauma can cause more psychological trauma that most people don't deal with. It's more than just knowing and having information on your trauma is not good enough in the world we are living in because you still are a $lave to your traumas and will be exploited and capitalized. Black women are so smart but I'm seeing that a lot of them know their trauma but exploit their own traumas at times. Us men a lot of us don't even truly understand our feelings or are able to properly able to communicate those feelings. 1. Because they are taught or see that expressing their feelings as a black man will hinder them in Western society. 2. As I stated about women earlier most women exploit their own traumas for self-gain so most men know this maybe not in those terms but they think of women doing it to themselves why they would do it to us, and women do. Also, a lot of men are blinded and lost in luminance with sex and don't how to control their edges and impulses which terrifies a lot of women which is understandable. I'll stop here because this could go deeper. Subscribe

  6. George Floyd wasn’t shxt. The world is a Bette replace without him. Just ask the pregnant woman who he robbed and pointed a gun at her stomach. Ask the people he robbed. The only person who she be said he’s gone is his crack plugs. He was a horrible human being.

  7. This lady is so beautiful. Even if she had a flat back her beauty wouldn't change in my eyes…..this comes from a true ass man!! No Diddy
