15 mins is not enough for the onion to cook
If you caramelize the onions you’d love it
25 minutes is not enough to cook a real Doro wot but your is better than other ladies
Can someone please explain to me why so much oil ? I genuinely want to know ? Does it add a certain texture or taste to it ? Cause idky but usually when there’s excess oil in things , I try to remove it.
The perfect Doro wet.
Which powder..?
My mom cooks this every thanksgiving!
Can someone explain what that is in the beginning? All onions?
I came here after I watch one keralite interview.. ❤❤
This looks great! When cooking the onions, or even throughout the entire process, what level of heat are you using?
You cook the onions along with other ingredients for about 2-3 hours before you add the chicken
Its so thin
Well done! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Easily explained, looked proportional and kept the originality of the dish. For any learners out there, 10 out of 10 safe to follow for an authentic doro-wot dish.
i love this food, plz tell me where i can find the spice plz??❤
I love this dish along with their bread. 😛😍

Absolutely amazing. I personally add a tiny bit of oil and butter because you get enough fat from the chicken skin (I use chicken legs with skin on). Too much fat isnt good haha
The eggs being shoved in there reminds me of an old classmate I had that never contributed at all to group assignments, and essentially just shoved one or two lines in there just for the sake of contributing. I mean, yeah, you have a line there but… good grief. So random.
Much too much water!
You forgot korerima its another spice. But it looks great.
I ate this my whole life and that is honestly the most authentic doro wot I’ve ever seen on the internet
Fire
I could eat this everyday
As Ethiopian , you did a great job ❤️. But go easy on the garlic 😅😅. We use a lot of spices so that'll help your doro wet to taste delicious
