Awe I love that you called it manual food processor, we use to use it when we made fufu, also could you show how you made the lentil side dish, I remember having it in Senegal and it was delicious, I think when I make my Senegales fried chicken I use an blender, because it’s faster but it makes it like a paste and not thick like seen in the video, my aunt would despise me because she taught me to make the stuffing with the manual processor and after she went back to Senegal 🇸🇳 I went back to my old ways
