  1. I love seeing different approaches to the game of golf. I have never understood why they try to teach the same swing or grip to everyone as everyone is different and moves differently.

Also, regarding the grip that goes on the club. Do you think a 'reverse taper' grip would work well?? Like the ones Feel Grips sell?

  2. Show me numbers. How far u hit a 7 iron? Driver? 4 iron? It's hard to believe that after 200 years or so that U figured out some new way to grip the club. Call me a pecimist.

  3. What brand of glove do you recommend? I am just getting back into golfing. I am a above the knee amputee and know that my swing will be different then it was. I believe this might help me…thanks for sharing.

  4. Wow
Whether this works or not. Your explanation is absolutely outstanding.
Do not leave a leaf unturned.
I love it when people are able to articulate clear, and I mean very clear instruction
You knocked it out of the park
Just like any successful recipe….. It is the small difference between mediocre and success
I can’t wait to try this. I took the bowl very straight with a normal conventional grip!! I am a four handicap, but a good day, but always looking to improve
    Thank you for sharing

  5. I've seen this in early 2000s i couldn't it even close to the top but i it reminded me of Gene sarazen, his lead hand was on top so much his thumb wasn't on the shaft. Çrazy thing i was able to get to parallel for the first time, i always played good golf with a control 3quarter swing like henry cotton and have really good distance but im gonna try the sarazen grip minus his interlock and see.

  6. dumbest thing I’ve ever seen! In my 57 years of playing golf the number 1 problem for amateur golfers is a “bad grip” and this my friends IS A PROVEN DEMONSTRATION OF A BAD GRIP!

  7. While sitting here in New Hampshire watching golf AND a foot-and-half of ❄️ fall in my yard, I ran across your post. Immediately grabbed a club and started experimenting with the grip. Just to get the feel, I started with a putter…At 79 yrs old I’m not sure this old dog can make the transition to the full swing (will give it honest try when the weather improves). Definitely will be using the grip for putting after sinking 8 of 10 putts from the 8’ foot marker of my DJ Perfect Putting mat.

  8. You could not perform wrist cock or club release etc
Theres a moral to this story we havent heard yet .
Even with his wedge his grip looks standard if you pause the video

  9. ❤ after watching. Your instructions I suddenly realised it's the way I grip the club anyway. , and I'm happy with my swing. So thanks for the confirmation. Barry.😅

  10. Agree with some of the comments…..always good to see a different way to do something. I just don't believe it is anatomically correct or natural. If something in the swing causes one to feel stress or pain, that can't be good. I get your concept and why you do it, but it doesn't make sense when it limits rotation of the lead arm and causes discomfort. Good luck though!

  11. I have little girl hands, this is not for me! Almost impossible to hold the club. I have never seen anyone use this grip. I have seen different swing techniques, and I use Jim Veneto's method. Interesting.

  12. This grip felt soooo odd and ridiculous when i first tried it. I wasn't sure I could do this. After a cupple weeks of just a few min of practiss swings every day itz starting 2 feel more normull.

  13. Hi from the UK Scotty. I have watched your video's a few times now and to be honwst it appears a little crazy. However, nothing ventured. So I will give myself a month or two to see how it goes. I will be in touch. Best wishes Trev

  14. I remember a kid on the PGA mini tour who gripped the club like this and smoked the ball. I tried it but I felt like I was going to break my wrist but it looks quite natural when you do it.
