  1. i have a question!! so i’m just now getting into the gym and figuring my split out , and i was wondering if hitting glutes 3 times a week was too much?? ive been getting mixed replies on the internet so i was just wondering!

  3. 🗣You will be proud of me STINK! Today I had half an apple as a pre workout ( heavy eye roll 🙄) and used several of these tips for my smoothie (chia seeds, lactose free milk (verdict still out on this) 0 sugar yogurt) QUESTION: Tracking carbs I know subtract fiber from total carbs for net carbs but what about Total Sugars? how do these factor into the equation is tracking Carbs; Calories and Protein. (Smoothie came out to 500 cal 28 carbs* 61g protein)

  5. It’s really not that hard but do we multiply by KG or LBS??? someone else said by kg . I was hype cuz I’m like ok, I’m def getting mine in but if we talkin lbs it’s a little harder lol
