Daily milk – 45% sugar.
Gems – 67% sugar.
5 star – 60% sugar.
These chocolates are sugar bars. Sugar is more than Chocolate.
Chocolate taste usually like Coffee. They are in bitter in taste.
Most people addicted not chocolate but sugar used in it.
In India, It call something as chocolate. It should atleast have 2.5% cocoa.
In other countries, its 20%.
Companies are not evil. But economics are important than health.
60% cocoa production comes from two countries ( Ghana, Ivory) in west Africa.
But they get peanuts in return.
But European countries make 96% of this industry profits.
They suffer huge climate loss. ( Cocoa cost is doubled in 2023).
Europe removed agriculture from its lands.
Africa has Agriculture production.
– villages don't develop city. Less margins, uncertainty of climates. So they mainly develop factories.
Government decides prices in Africa. And prices depends on futures and options.
Africa has no vision. They are happy with selling raw products. It has potential to become rich.
China Even after Biggest user of Rice. They are importing from India. Why Rice requires most of water.
Bangladesh imports Cotton from India and sells cotton clothes in India.
In Europe, Quality will be same. But India has price sensitive markets. So they sell high sugar chocolates.

I had sneakers chocolate bar in Europe which had lots of peanuts with a superb taste however in India the same chocolate is 100 times more sugary with very less peanuts. Sad !
