I love it
The palm stick must be inoculated with the yeast and bacterial cultures that help the fermentation. Do you roast or malt the sorghum before brewing? Thanks for documenting this, cheers and big ups to all the hardcore ladies out there holding down their communities and brewing beer.
Hey folks! This video-experience was amazing! I am a brewer from Sardinia (if you know the island in the middle of Mediterranean Sea)! I really loved the way you showed and spread this CULTURE! As an ancient and traditional fermentations enthusiast and self-student I totally loved it and It inspired me so much! You have all my appreciation! Wish in the future maintain contacts and organize some brewing together whenever it will be possible!
Glad to hear you soon! Wish you all the best ( fermentaions;) )!
