  1. I’m glad you lost a lot of weight but remember a lot of salt does high blood pressure. You probably could lose more weight if slow down on the salt.

  2. Love the encouragement you bring to the community! I've been looking for week 2 and 3 meal prep videos so I can lose the 30lbs in 3 weeks lol. Are the next meal prep videos related to your 3 week meal prep process?? I NEED TO KNOW!!!

  3. I don't know how you came up in my algorithm but I'm so glad you did. I'm struggling for the first time to lose weight. I know what I need to do and I know alot of it is simple but just doing it. Thank you for your videos, they're really inspiring and simple so anyone can do it. I'm glad I found your videos, I need motivation.

  4. I'm actually 11yr's old I have a super slow metabolism, and I eat healthy and all that but I weigh 152lbs so im going to do this for 3 weeks and tell you if it worked or not, I love this channel see ya'll in 3weeks.

  5. It would seem like ur body still needs protein some how whether it be through meat or beans, or protein shake or some other source. It’s important too. I just started the Mounjaro injections & was looking for some healthy meal prep ideas bc the injections have left me with zero appetite. I did purchase some protein drinks I’ve been drinking to put something into my body but I can’t live off of those. Since I’m getting some protein that way I may use some of these ideas but also throw in a grilled ckn breast for added protein.

I am probably a little late getting in here, but my husband and I recently closed a deal on a small patch of acreage and we started producing our own food via chickens, goats milk and growing our own. I love that this particular one is spot on with what I am supposed to be getting planted right now ( Auguest-Septemeber for fall veggies). I am blessed with 4 kids but the struggle is real getting rid of what they didn't take with them when they all grew up and moved on with their lives. Most videos I have seen has that person who has been body building since high school and has menus that just are not realistic for my household budget. I appreciate that yours is basic common sense and items within my means.
