There is actual science to why the color black is considered bad as opposed to white. I just want it to be very clear that "white" people aren't actually white and "black" people aren't actually black. The correlation between people of African descent and the color black came well after the correlation of the color black to things that are bad. The primal fear of the dark is what causes most people to view the color black as bad. This includes the people who made most of those definitions. It's important to remember the distinction between people of African descent being directly connected directly to those definitions and people of African descent being connected to the word black and then by proxy connected to those definitions. Sorry if I am out of line saying all of this, but I feel it can shed some light on how all of these things are connected.
