  1. This is an amazing porridge for breast milk, your baby won't be hungry if you consume this porridge. The only difference is i first add flour in water and make a thin paste than i add it to the fenugreek and milk. This is so beneficial.

  2. Hi, thank you for this lovely recipe. My family loves this, but they don't like biting into the whole fenugreek, so I grind the fenugreek into a powder. I also substitute some of the milk with coconut milk and I use caramel brown sugar instead of regular sugar. Towards the end of cooking I add a bit of ground cardomom.
Blessings and regards from South Africa.🌻

  3. Omg I looked this up just for fun!!! I was 100% sure I won’t find a video about it, my mom made it last night and I was trying to trick my husband who isn’t very familiar with traditional Sudanese dishes and he ate it and liked it, asked me what it was I said fenugreek pudding 😂 and it took him a couple of hours until he remembered it from his childhood 😂😂😂 he was like دي مديده حلبه بلا بوريج معاك 😂😂😂
