  1. I think one if the reasons men's podcasts are critiquing black women is due to the fact they're the demographic that complains the most and has the poorest outcomes. As black men we're not perfect but we want to improve, women put alot of blame on men and men are finally starting to speak on it so that men can chooae better, the content is not to change the women but to equip men. You're right it's important to speak to both sides especially the side that needs it most. They're the least married and they have the most out of wedlock children.

  2. Is the juice worth the squeeze, today? Is it wise to seek a woman from a culture that celebrates divorce? What you’ve described is not a woman, but a child that needs constant supervision. Again, is the juice worth the squeeze?

  3. I'm not a religious person myself but I find myself coming back to this channel on a regular basis. I really look forward to seeing your notification for a new video every single day. I applaud your efforts to upload a video every day and to maintain a really thoughtful and calm demeanor. You are a breath of fresh air in a suffocating environment of toxic manosphere nonsense. I'll do my best to spread your videos wherever I can

  4. You make an excellent point about some manosphere channels that spend their time demeaning women. I find that deeply troubling. It comes across more as abusive content rather than a platform aiming to empower men. These channels may have started off discussing a range of topics, only occasionally addressing issues with women. However, many have resigned themselves to a simplistic formula: Bringing on young, inexperienced women, often sex workers, and attacking them for an inability to engage thoughtfully on political issues. They then use the women's struggle to hold their own in these conversations as evidence that they, and all women, are worthless. This is the basic formula for Fresh & Fit. I find it embarrassing. These channels could do so much good for young men, but the money to be made in degrading women on camera seems too enticing.
