Most of the projects that senators do are not necessary if there is good governance. For instance, the bore holes here and there is an evidence of government's failure. In a developed country, you dont do bore holes as s senator but portable water runs centrally in every household. Most of these fund given to senators shall be squandered e.g Senator Sanni Danlami use his huge conststituency fund to circumcised 130 boys. Haba!
